Bridge Darebin, Neighbourhood Houses Victoria and North East Neighbourhood House Network invite you to register for this FREE, live, online forum – Understanding differences in world views with Kathryn Coff.

Learn more about the relationship between non-Indigenous and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of seeing the world, honouring Aboriginal protocols and relating in ways in order to work together to make change.

Led by Kathryn Coff a Yorta Yorta woman who lives and works on Dja Dja Wurrung Country; Kath is a community educator, who lectures at University and is the CEO of Nalderun: an Aboriginal run and lead organisation whose prime focus is Indigenous education.

Kath will explore non-Indigenous and Indigenous ways of being, knowing, and relating to illuminate shared and differing cultural perspectives and world views. Kath will unpack terms such as the “cultural interface” and show what it looks like in practice for community engagement, collaboration and solidarity.

This session is for anyone wishing to learn more about Indigenous perspectives as well as for those working with communities.
