Connecting gardens, groups and growers to create a more resilient food future in Darebin

Regent Food Swap update

On Sunday the 6th of February Regent Community Garden held our first food swap of 2022. Around 15 local community members joined us to share vegetables, fruit, herbs, seeds, plants and eggs from backyard chickens. Some highlights included an abundance of yellow squash, tomatillos, cherry tomatoes and kumquats.

We enjoyed getting to know some new locals and chatting about all things garden related. We will be hosting regular swaps on the 1st Sunday of each month. We look forward to welcoming more new faces at Regent Community Garden.
