Fruit Squad Feature on ABC Gardening Australia!

DIVRS’s ‘Fruit Squad’ were featured on ABC’s Gardening Australia on Friday 23 March, 2018! Martin O’Callaghan and the Fruit Squad volunteers did a fantastic job telling the inspiring story of redistributing healthy fresh fruit to those in need, building a sense of community and avoiding food waste. There’s a new Fruit and Vegie Produce Swap in Reservoir!

Transition Darebin now has two food swaps on the go. One in Northcote on the second Saturday of the month and a new one on the third Saturday of the month in the pop-up park on the corner of Cheddar Road and Broadway, Reservoir.  For more information see Regular Food Swaps and Farmers Markets, or contact transitiondarebin@gmail.com
