Urban Farming:
Sustain and Bridge Darebin have partnered to deliver an Intro to Urban Farming course starting Thursday 15 July 2021 at Bridge Darebin in Preston. This 8-week course will give you the skills necessary to work on micro farms, residential edible gardens and community gardens. With growing demand for fresh local food, urban farming is a powerful force in a fairer food system. More information here.

This course is ideal for those who are interested in deepening their knowledge around the intersections of the energy, food, water and waste system. Through this course we’ll re-imagine our waste systems, exploring how they can be more circular and sustainable and implement practical everyday changes at home to reduce your household waste.
