It’s on again! The sumptuous Darebin Homemade Food & Wine Festival, 2017. Back by popular demand, presented by Darebin Fruit Squad and DIVRS Urban Food Program, Sam Ferraro (Mediterranean master of home-grown produce) and Jessica Ridout (winner of Darebin Homemade Food & Wine Festival’s 2015 best preserved olives) will show you how to preserve your home-grown olives in a fun and easy workshop. You will also take home a jar of olives that you will preserve on the day.
