Northcote Library has a new Seed Library, so now you can borrow seeds while you borrow your books!
Do you have saved seeds from your garden to donate? The seed library has been so popular with Darebin food growers that our initial seed stocks are almost gone. Now we are asking for your help to keep the seed library going.
Please donate seeds that are organically grown, open pollinated, heirloom or local. You can drop them off at any of our library branches and we’ll deliver them to Northcote. Donations should be labelled with the name of the seed and the date the seeds were saved.
