Zero Waste Cooking and Sustainable Food Systems course, starts 17 Nov!

Starting on 17 November, the Jesuit Social Services Ecological Justice Hub is running its ‘Zero Waste Cooking and Sustainability’ course online.

This practical online course shows you how to cook without waste and tips for being a more sustainable shopper. You will be invited to cook along at home along with highly skilled chef, Johnny Esto.

Topics include the food supply chain, mapping and food waste; climate change and food systems; zero waste cooking & how to get the most out of your ingredients; global food trade industries and practical tips on how to reduce household waste.

Participants must hold a concession card and not be enrolled in mainstream secondary school to be eligible to enroll in this government funded course.
