Connecting gardens, groups and growers to create a more resilient food future in Darebin

Northcote Library Food Garden

The garden is a communal growing space open to all community members, with communal garden beds and a food forest. The garden is managed by a small group of dedicated local volunteers. Community members can become involved by joining a regular communal planting, harvesting and working bee day, which are held every other Sunday from 10am when days are shorter in autumn/winter and from 9am in spring/summer.
