Transition Darebin Food Swaps continue this spring

Food swaps are local opportunities to swap excess food, meet other folks, talk about gardening and sustainability, and share tips and information. Anything food-related can be swapped: veggies, fruit, herbs, eggs, seeds, seedlings, cuttings, worm juice, sour-dough starter, and homemade produce such as chutneys and jams.

Run by Transition Darebin food swap occurs monthly for one hour; exchange is free.

Reservoir:  3rd Saturday,10am outside Reservoir Library, Edwardes St, Reservoir.

Fairfield:  3rd Saturday, 11am St Andrews Church garden at the corner of Duncan and Gillies Sts, Fairfield

Thornbury/Preston: 4th Saturday of month, 11am outside Thornbury Picture House corner High and Pender Sts
