It’s the first of two Fairfield Farmers Markets this month (be sure to pop April 30, the 5th Saturday of the month in your diary).
The happy hens Yapunyah Meadow Grazed Chickens are wholesome, juicy and lovingly raised (see photo!). Ravishing when roasted whole or brilliant when baked, be sure to visit Ian and Mandy at Fairfield FM on Saturday.
Wild Mushie foraging time is beginning and Melbourne Pine Mushrooms are truly the experts! Ask them about their wild foraging techniques.
