You are invited to the Marra Guwiyap Garden Open Day!
This will be a wonderful opportunity for locals to check out the garden and meet their neighbours. The planting team will be there to show off the thriving vegetable crops, share their tips and knowledge and encourage people to join. Food, entertainment, and sample produce will also be available.
Their small fruit tree orchard is expanding, and a large edible indigenous plant garden is in progress as a result of Darebin Council’s Community Grant Program.
Everyone is welcome – green thumbs, social butterflies, and beginner veggie gardeners alike. No need to register, simply turn up on the day and enjoy the festivities.
