Reusing bread crusts 🥪
If you have picky eaters at home who prefer not to have crusts on their sandwiches, don’t throw them away. Repurpose those crusts into:
- Bread crumb coating. Simply grind the bread crusts in a food processor until they are fine crumbs, then use them to coat your favourite foods.
- Easy, crunchy croutons. Place squares of leftover crust in a frying pan and drizzle with oil, then fry over gentle heat until croutons are crisp.
