Darebin Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to licence the whole (or part of) Building 1D and ‘hothouse’, at 2 Wingrove Street, Alphington.
We are seeking to establish compliant short/medium term licences that connect with Council’s vision and are permitted to operate under the specific controls of the current zoning (PUZ6 – Council Purposes).
All applications will be considered for the use of Building 1D and the ‘hothouse’ only and not the balance of land and buildings located at 2 Wingrove Street, Alphington.
Applications are open until Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 4pm.
