Transition Darebin are holding a Food Swap this Saturday 2nd March 2013 at the Environment and Natural Resources stall as part of the Darebin Community and Kite Festival.
Home gardeners and food preservers, why not bring your excess produce down to Edwardes Lake Park, Reservoir between 1:00pm and 2:15pm and swap it for other delicious home produce?
There are heaps of other fun events happening at the festival for young and old alike, including music and dance, kite-making workshops and face painting, sustainable living workshops, a suit case rummage and to top it off a fireworks display from 9pm.
